This role supports pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring quick implementation and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers, R&D, and marketing in a cross-functional, international environment. This position is ideal for a software or electrical engineer with a strong test engineering background, deep knowledge of the V93000 system, and strong software skills for developing test programs and tooling.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Technical DirectionLead and mentor a team of applications engineers supporting V93000 Semiconductor Test Systems.Provide strategic and hands-on guidance across hardware design, software test libraries, and system integration.Create and manage project plans for complex engineering engagements, ensuring timely delivery.Customer Engagement & Solution DeliveryServe as the technical lead for key customer accounts, especially in High Performance Computing and AI sectors.Collaborate with customers to analyze requirements, demonstrate features, conduct benchmarks, and implement solutions.Provide customer training and consulting, including pre-sales support and post-sales implementation.System Integration & Product ValidationEnsure successful integration of Advantest products into customer environments.Validate product functionality and oversee load board design and verification.Technical Expertise & InnovationAnalyze complex IC test requirements, focusing on performance optimization and test program development.Specialize in digital, mixed-signal, and RF technologies to address engineering challenges.Represent customer needs internally to influence product development.Cross-functional Collaboration & InfluenceCoordinate with R&D, marketing, and global teams to align solutions with business goals.Manage resources for solution delivery, tracking commitments and outcomes.Stay updated on emerging technologies and share insights organization-wide.Customer Advocacy & Relationship BuildingDevelop deep technical relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and technical excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
