You'll drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle—from new product introduction through to full-scale production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers supporting manufacturing, test, and integration processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies.Oversee test equipment validation, production workflows, and product lifecycle transitions.Ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.Guide technical documentation, training programs, and standardized work procedures.Develop team goals and individual development plans; foster a strong, collaborative culture.What You’ll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing) and 12+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience in lieu of degreeProficiency in LabVIEW and PythonExperience designing test hardware interfacesProven leadership in process improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective actionHands-on experience with manufacturing and testing of electromechanical systemsFamiliarity with ERP systems and managing BOMs, routings, and production costsStrong communication, project management, and team development skillsPreferred ExperienceIPC 610 Class 3 / J-STD-001 workmanship standardsSoldering, SMT/thru-hole assembly, box build, cables, and reworkRF, microwave, or timing system knowledgeExperience introducing new products into manufacturing (NPI)Understanding of GD&T and general mechanical fabrication processesAdditional InformationPhysical RequirementsThis role involves regular use of hands, extended computer use, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
