We focus on upper middle market and large cap private equity firms, helping improve operational results in portfolio companies valued between $50 million and over $1 billion.Role OverviewAs a Director, you will lead large, complex client engagements, providing service excellence by identifying key business issues, developing solutions, and managing teams. You will be involved throughout the deal lifecycle, from pre-deal operational reviews to post-deal integration and restructuring.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver complex client projects in merger integration and carve-outs.Manage and develop project teams and client relationships.Contribute to business development and proposal efforts.Develop practical solutions, methodologies, and thought leadership.Support practice development and industry eminence activities.Qualifications10+ years of consulting experience in merger integration, divestitures, or business transformation.Deep functional expertise in areas such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Operations.Experience leading work streams in transformation projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.MBA preferred; willingness to travel at least pensation & BenefitsSalary range: $150,000 - $225,000 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.
