This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning projects that will redefine customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement advanced personalization algorithms to enhance user experiences across various platforms.Design predictive lead scoring models to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale deep learning models.Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to measure model impact and iterate on solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable, production-grade systems.Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to research publications and patents.SkillsPhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.6+ years of applied research experience, or 4+ years with a PhD.Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and monitoring production-grade machine learning models.Strong proficiency in Python and prehensive understanding of deep learning concepts and techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience deploying deep learning models to solve real-world business challenges.Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring.Knowledge of emerging techniques in machine learning, such as federated learning and automated feature engineering.Experience in personalization and lead scoring analytics.We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all individuals feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.Once you apply for this position, you may receive a phone call, SMS or email at the time of application from our Virtual AI Recruiter, Alex, to conduct an initial interview.Horizontal facilitates valuable and productive conversations between you and potential employers.
