This highly technical role involves supporting the sales organization through all pre-sales activities, including hardware and software demonstrations, solution crafting, and feature planning. Responsibilities include:Supporting next-generation datacenter solutions and productsWorking with Cisco IOS-XR, NXOS, and open-source NOS like SONiCImplementing routing, switching, and network protocolsUnderstanding silicon architecture, ASICs, and system designsDesigning datacenter and WAN architecturesOptical system design for datacenter environmentsTranslating customer requests into engineering documentsDelivering technical presentations and demosCoordinating data for customer reviewsUtilizing automation tools and scriptingDesigning service provider networks and hardware architecturesImplementing QoS, MPLS, Segment Routing, and TelemetryWho You'll Work WithCollaborate with Cisco's latest silicon architectures, influencing software development and working alongside experienced pre-sales engineers and business leaders to meet customer demands.Who You AreA creative problem-solver who seeks continuous improvement, comfortable with technical discussions, coding, and demonstrating solutions.
