The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in post-training state-of-the art large language models and has a track record of driving projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research and develop models to improve coding agentsDesign and implement large-scale RL experimentsCollaborate with and lead other researchers and engineers to identify research questions and prioritize projects.Mentor more junior researchers and research residents.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in reinforcement learning and software engineering research.Qualifications:2+ years of hands-on experience developing and scaling large-scale reinforcement learning algorithms for post-training language models.Core IC and leadership contributions to projects delivering strong language models.Strong programming skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:Experience in post-training for software engineeringPhD in Computer Science or a related fieldStrong publication record in top-tier conferences and journalsEmployee Benefits:Flexible work hoursCompetitive salary & EquityTools StipendHealth, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceShort Term and Long Term DisabilityUnlimited Paid Time Off + Holidays.
