We are expanding our Environmental Services Division and seeking a motivated Director of Environmental Services to join our headquarters in San Diego, California. The role involves managing CEQA and NEPA services, business development, and project delivery, with a focus on growth through marketing and client engagement.The candidate will oversee the preparation of CEQA documents, coordinate with staff and consultants, manage budgets, and interact with clients and agencies such as county, city, CDFW, RWQCB, and USACE. Responsibilities also include proposal preparation, business development, and leadership of 2-5 staff members.
