Currently, doctors use electronic health record systems to take notes on patient encounters, which can be hard to navigate and time-consuming. We are creating a solution that helps doctors spend more time with patients, reducing administrative tasks by over 70% for users of Suki. We are a user-driven company committed to making sure every pixel of our product serves the doctor. Our tech stack includes Javascript, Python, Golang, GPT, Llama, MoE, LangChain, LangGraph, GCP, Kubernetes, Vertex AI, PyTorch, vLLM, gRPC. What will you do every day? The Solutions team works closely with our Platform customers, integrating their systems with the Suki Platform APIs and SDKs. You will leverage your technical experience and business process knowledge to deploy dictation, ambient AI, text generation, and summarization capabilities, aiming to meet user needs and advance the industry. If you enjoy a broad view of the clinical field and working with top engineers and data scientists, your communication, technical, and project management skills will drive impactful deployments for patients and providers. Ambient AI solutions are a key milestone in patient care, focusing on context-rich but lossy exchanges. Suki’s Clinical AI platform ensures these exchanges improve diagnosis, follow-up, and revenue. What are we looking for in the perfect candidate? Expertise in API usage and application development, with prior experience. Action-oriented, loves to build, ship fast, and iterate. Creative, resourceful, and familiar with AI integration in coding. Strong problem-solving skills using data, with a focus on impact. Humility and team-oriented mindset. Adaptability to a fast-paced, innovative environment. Confidence in abilities and willingness to grow. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, including working onsite and with IT teams. Minimum Requirements 2+ years in technical consulting, application development, or solutions engineering. Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java. Medium proficiency in Typescript, Javascript, React. Familiarity with OpenAPI 3.0 and API security basics. Ability to estimate project timelines and deliver accordingly. Experience deploying distributed applications in onsite and cloud environments. Strong understanding of CS fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and system design is preferred. Curiosity about the latest AI, NLP, LLM, and Agentic architectures. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
