OverviewADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory. You will cultivate new business opportunities, lead strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees, manage complete sales cycles, and forecast your sales pipeline. ADP provides ongoing sales training and the latest technology to support your success as you grow your book of business.What you/'ll doGrow our business while growing yours — work independently and with teams across your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.Turn prospects into loyal clients by executing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically expanding business within existing accounts and building long-term partnerships.Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners while upholding the highest ethical standards.To Succeed in This RoleRequired QualificationsProven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style, ability to cold call, strong time management, and clear communication in writing and verbally.Confidently fearless — you embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.Entrepreneurial spirit — a natural leader who thrives under pressure and recovers quickly.Trusted advisor — you build relationships, act with integrity, and deliver on promises.A college degree is not required. What matters is your ability to do the job.
