With a strong safety culture, structured systems, and national presence, they are now seeking a site-based HSE Advisor to join their team permanently.You’ll play a key role in supporting boots-on-the-ground safety across civil, electrical, and transmission scopes, ensuring alignment with client, contractor, and legislative standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Provide site-level HSE support across solar and transmission work frontsConduct inspections, audits, and lead safety observationsSupport toolbox talks, pre-starts, and daily HSE communicationAssist with incident investigations, corrective actions, and reportingMonitor and enforce compliance with SWMS, JHAs, and project-specific proceduresWork closely with supervisors, subcontractors, and client reps to maintain high safety standardsMaintain accurate HSE records and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesAbout You:Proven experience in a HSE role on civil, electrical, or mining infrastructure projectsSafety qualifications - minimum Cert IV in WHS or equivalentFamiliarity with FIFO construction environments and client-side expectationsAbility to build strong relationships across site teams and lead from the frontExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRenewable energy or transmission project experience highly regarded but not essentialValid driver’s licence and ability to pass medical and site onboarding requirementsInterested?
