Food and Beverage Manager

Club Sportiva is a country club for car enthusiasts and an event center for all. Members have access to car services, exclusive events, and the CarShare program. Corporate and private clients may rent venues for conferences, meetings, parties, and more.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an intrapreneurial Food & Beverage Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of MotoCabana, a startup cafe serving light fare and beverages (pending alcohol license). MotoCabana will also manage outside food and beverage catering for corporate and private events hosted at Club Sportiva. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—able to design menus, oversee daily operations, manage staff, and shape the café into a thriving extension of Club Sportiva’s lifestyle experience.
