What will I be doing? Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards Lead direct and manage all hotel operations including but not limited to hotel budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, leading service initiatives, leading and managing balanced scorecard performance, implementing and complying with all company policies and standards Oversee sales and marketing initiatives, lead and develop the executive team, respond to guests inquiries and resolve concerns, and participate in hotel-wide meetings and facilitation Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition Recruit, interview, and train team members Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction standards, compliance, and service and financial measurements Identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies What are we looking for? Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years Hotel General Manager OR 3 years Hotel Manager experience managing a property with $20M or greater in revenue Ability to build successful ownership relationships and partnerships Strong financial acumen with proven success in driving revenue Proven success in enhancing growth and service quality within F&B Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing resort properties Hilton brand experience What will it be like to work for Hilton?
