The Licensing & Retail Venue Manager will oversee the Miami Hard Rock Stadium Retail operation, managing the relationship with the retail partner and ensuring operational excellence during the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the official retail partner at the venueCoordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholdersParticipate in daily Venue Meetings during the tournamentEnsure FIFA Store readiness and optimal operation at each match dayProvide sales and status reports as neededCandidate ProfileIdeal candidates will demonstrate accountability, decision-making skills, inclusivity, innovation, leadership, and strategic vision. They should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail, event retail operations, licensing, or account management, with a bachelor’s degree. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is an asset. Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
