Our team is committed to making a difference daily.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related fieldMinimum of five years in a leadership role supervising a large team (40+ staff)Experience overseeing school operations, staffing, and complianceMaster's degree preferred; willingness to attain EEC Director II CertificationSkills and Abilities:Strong leadership, vision, and operational skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skillsFinancial acumen and budgeting experienceAbility to maintain licensing and accreditation standardsOrganizational and decision-making skillsAbility to foster a positive, collaborative work environmentCommitment to professional growth and education best practicesPhysical Requirements:Primarily in-person work, occasional travel, evening/weekend hours, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment.Salary:$90,000About JCC Greater Boston:Since 1983, JCC Greater Boston has fostered a vibrant, inclusive community through various programs.
