In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and production crews — ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and efficient crew management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Supervise and manage landscape maintenance crews to ensure quality and efficiency.Conduct regular site visits to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities for enhancement and work with clients to provide solutions.Monitor job costs, materials, and scheduling for efficiency and profitability.Train, mentor, and support crew members to maintain high performance standards.Assist the Division in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth and profitability.RequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.2+ years of Account Management.
