Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry!DIRECTOR OF CARGO SYSTEMS & PERFORMANCE AT PRIMEFLIGHTThe Director of Cargo Systems & Performance will lead the launch, adoption, and optimization of a next-generation Cargo Management System (CMS) — including mobile warehouse capabilities — to transform how we operate, measure, and present performance. This role is not just about deploying software — it is about evolving our business model. By delivering real-time cargo visibility, automated discrepancy reporting, and streamlined compliance with global customs programs (ACAS, ACE, ICS2, PLACI, PACT), the Director will drive operational excellence. At the same time, data-rich performance dashboards will strengthen customer retention and growth, while positioning our brand as a tech-forward, agile cargo partner.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee CMS deployment company-wide, ensuring seamless integration with customers, customs, and mobile warehouse tools.Develop KPI dashboards, automated reporting, and performance insights for internal teams and customers.Build a digital-first culture through training, SOPs, and adoption strategies.Present operational performance in clear, value-focused terms to reinforce trust with customers.Create scalable deployment models to support expansion into new regions.QUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesBased in Miami, FL, with flexibility to travel internationally up to 50%.10+ years of experience in cargo handling, freight forwarding, or logistics technology leadership.Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.Proven record of leading technology-driven operational transformation.Expertise in cargo handling and airline systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products.Strong data analysis and performance reporting skills.Demonstrated leadership with executive presence and frontline credibility.Ability to implement and deploy large-scale system capabilities.Skilled in using data to drive business performance.Ability to present effectively in customer-facing and executive settings.Must successfully complete background check and drug screen.Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as extended hours as needed to support operations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
