We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Sales Consulting ProfessionalLocation(s): Stamford, CTRole Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing contracts within multi-family communities and multi-tenant properties to enable to expand the reach and revenue penetration of wired and wireless home/business services.Key Responsibilities:Secure Premise Access Licenses (agreement to allow access to evaluate and place equipment)Secure Marketing Agreements (agreements to co-market services)Provide preferential/exclusive positioning for marketing services to residential and SMB end usersTarget prospect customer base including owners, developers, and builders of multi-family and multi-tenant housing and rental communitiesDrive top-line revenue growth measured by prospect access growth, property penetration, revenue per customer per month, and service churnCoordinate with local Account Management and Network teams to secure License AgreementsEvaluate, design, and place network equipment to make service available for residentsInitiate face-to-face contact with owners, builders, and developers to secure placement and/or marketing rights for servicesDevelop new business through telephone and mass communication (e.g., email)Identify appropriate decision makers within target marketsSupport both local in-market and out-of-market regional business development needsConduct needs analysis and determine prospect pain pointsPresent wired/wireless solutions aligned with prospect needsIdentify key buying influencers and understand budget/timelineBuild and cultivate prospect relationships with ongoing communicationManage data for new and prospective clients in sales databaseEnsure all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attachedPrepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboardsManage sales funnel to consistently achieve unit targetsEstablish and leverage customer relationships to position as the provider of choiceNegotiate long-term deals for cooperative marketing and exclusive or bulk sale contractsUnderstand competitive environment and technical advantagesPresent capabilities in a consultative mannerInterface with local Network Engineering to promote Enhanced Communities Home programLeverage network insights for new construction engineering opportunitiesPosition Details:Mobile contract worker role with a defined sales territoryIncludes both fieldwork at prospect/client locations and administrative work from homeCandidate Profile:Passionate about sales, service, and building lasting relationshipsInterested in multifamily market, developers, and ownersUses business acumen to establish credibility and deliver solutionsEnergized by the prospect of landing major accountsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experienceFour or more years of relevant B2B sales experienceKnowledge of fiber and wireless-based telecommunicationsReliable personal transportation with a valid driver's licenseWillingness to travel up to 75% in the local marketDatabase user proficiencyFamiliarity with Google SuitePreferred Qualifications:Ability to manage funnel in a sales objective-based environmentStrong consulting skills, including prospecting, sales planning, and value-based sellingDemonstrated influence skills with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of the multi-family environmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veterans or individuals with disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
