Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.ResponsibilitiesLead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives, and participate in a variety of Firm-building events.Be part of a cross-cultural global team working on engagements such as Risk & Finance digital transformation and regulatory change management.Take up roles in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management.Analyze problems and develop solutions, apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies, collaborate with client stakeholders, and be responsible for delivering business results to clients.Lead or contribute to delivery of engagements and manage end-to-end delivery timelines.Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and provide support for product release.Basic Qualifications – Technology Product OwnerExperience in Enterprise Risk, Control, Compliance, preferably in Controls TechnologyExperience in UI/UX programs – defining user interfaces and workflowsOwn the product / value stream vision and drive strategic outcomesLead product functional design and create the product roadmapConduct product backlog prioritization; work in an agile environment, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risksFacilitate backlog decomposition sessions with technology teams to clearly define requirements from a user perspective, including acceptance criteriaWrite acceptance criteria in BDD formatCreate strong feedback loops by leading agile events and incorporating feedback into the backlogCreate BRDs, user stories, and FRDs for features and functionalitiesPartner with the technology team to break down large stories and implement solutionsWork with the technology team to implement solutionsParticipate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and support for product releaseManage end-to-end delivery timelinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent with a customer-centric mindset8-10 years of experience with 5+ years as a lead Technology Product OwnerExpert in writing detailed functional requirements in JIRA; creating Epics and User stories; defining acceptance criteriaSQL knowledge; ability to write queriesAbility to prioritize items that maximize business value with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and team membersStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills; analytical capabilitiesExperience facilitating collaborative sessions and ensuring work aligns with enterprise goalsExpertise with agile tool suites (e.g., Atlassian, MS Teams)Advanced Product Owner certificationsAbility to work in a cross-cultural team and across multiple time zonesProven track record of delivering products within deadlinesAbout UsInfosys Consulting is a global management consulting firm helping brands transform and innovate.
