OverviewSales and Marketing Director – Senior Living, Torrance, CA. We deliver meaningful lifestyles and relationships with residents, families, and team members by developing a winning culture and living these values: Authenticity, Teamwork, Compassion, Commitment, Resilience.ResponsibilitiesCreate trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone conversations and tours of the community.Generate and manage leads; qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.Work with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.Collaborate with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.Qualifications3 or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization and diligence in following up with prospects.Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB pensation and BenefitsPay range: $36.00–$42.50 per hour plus monthly bonuses.
