Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH - Legal & Compliance PracticeOverview: LHH is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to work in the capacity of an Assistant General Counsel with a great client. The role revolves around contract management, with additional responsibilities supporting the legal department as needed.Key Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (software, hardware, NDAs, client agreements, distributor agreements, etc.)Supporting various business lines, including government and state-specific contractsReviewing third-party paper and managing contract lifecycle processesProviding corporate legal support across multiple business unitsQualifications:5–7 years of corporate legal experienceLicensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdictionStrong background in commercial contracts and corporate mattersAbility to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsBonus: Experience with international contractsDetails:Employment type: Contract, with the possibility of going permanentCompensation: up to $70/hrBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
