This involves preparing and delivering tailored presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and leading in-depth technical discussions to showcase how Veeva’s applications address specific pain points and drive improved business outcomes. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing demonstration environments, articulating complex technical concepts clearly, and effectively addressing client questions and concerns.The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, coupled with a solid grasp of enterprise software solutions. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for problem-solving and a consultative approach. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoSupport the sales process by presenting tailored demonstrations of our products and solutions to Veeva’s customersBuild strong relationships with key personnel at our customers and prospects, acting as a product and subject matter expert during opportunities, both before and after demonstrationsProvide compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept of our Commercial solutions - Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, and MedInquiryParticipate in Veeva’s responses to Requests for Proposals for our solutionsWork with Veeva Strategists and Product Managers to provide feedback from the field that shapes our product directionSupport Veeva and industry marketing events as a participantManage demonstration environments as neededRequirements3+ years of relevant experience in sales / consulting / customer service at a SaaS company used by life sciences, a life sciences company, or content agencyUnderstanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technologyExcellent presentation skillsWilling to travel domestically 10-20% of the timeNice to HaveExperience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, or other similar software solutionsWorking knowledge Promotional and Medical content review and approvalAn understanding of commercial operations in life science companiesKnowledge of the technologies used by Commercial teams in life science industryPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $80,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
