You'll have the tools and trust you need to succeedKey Responsibilities:Actively identify, prospect, and qualify business opportunities with large utilities, power producers, and other key players in the US energy sector. This includes a "hunter" mentality for securing new client relationships and driving revenueIn collaboration with senior leadership, contribute to the development and execution of personal sales strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM systemBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutionsWork closely with Rodan's team of technical experts, energy market analysts, and engineers to develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client challenges and highlight the value of our solutionsStay up-to-date with emerging trends, regulations, and technologies within the US energy market to effectively communicate value propositions and provide strategic insights to clientsRequired Skills and Qualifications:MUST HAVE: Experience consulting within the energy sector in one or more of the following: PJM, MISO and NYISO.
