This role blends business development, industry thought leadership, and strategic advisory to drive high-impact outcomes for both Arc XP and our clients.Executive Engagement & Strategic InfluenceBuild and sustain relationships with C-level executives at major media, publishing, and broadcast organizations.Operate as a peer to customer decision-makers, providing strategic counsel on digital transformation, UX modernization, operational efficiency, AI adoption, and audience monetization.Surface emerging opportunities where Arc XP can become a critical enabler of customer success.New Business ActivationIdentify and qualify net-new business opportunities aligned with Arc XP’s platform capabilities and strategic direction.Proactively open new doors, particularly with media organizations where Arc XP is not yet engaged or fully fluence buyer agendas and create momentum leading to deal origination.Identify and prepare partners to participate in new business opportunities that contribute to customer dustry Thought LeadershipRepresent Arc XP at global conferences, summits, and partner forums as a visible and credible media transformation expert.Contribute to public positioning and thought leadership efforts in collaboration with Marketing, including panels, white papers, and trend briefings.Serve as a recognized voice for Arc XP’s mission and value in the digital media ternal Collaboration & Sales IntegrationPartner closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified opportunities and provide ongoing executive air cover as needed.Act as a bridge between strategy and execution — shaping customer needs into actionable deals.Provide strategic guidance to internal teams on market evolution and product positioning, especially in high-stakes pursuits.Market Intelligence & Feedback LoopMonitor evolving customer priorities, competitor moves, and digital media investment trends.Generate structured insights to inform Arc XP’s go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product roadmap.Reporting & AccountabilityMaintain accurate records of opportunity development, prospect engagement, and progress toward strategic growth targets.Participate in pipeline reviews and growth planning sessions with Sales and Executive Leadership.Arc XP’s mission is best served by a diverse, multi-generational workforce with varied life experiences and perspectives.
