We offer a collaborative, future-forward culture that empowers your success and access to our Ignition Centers, where industry knowledge integrates with cutting-edge technologies to create innovative tax solutions.ResponsibilitiesPlay a supportive role in the design and management of employee benefit plans to a complex client base; plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, benchmarking and other related requests included in projectsServe as project manager and day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating work with staff in other KPMG US offices and practicesMaintain client relationships, technical depth, and breadth in your areas of proficiency; take a lead role in the ongoing development and career growth of junior team membersManage risk and financial performance of engagements by supporting management with compliance, billing, collections, and budgetingIdentify, build, and deepen client relationships; present technical recommendations to clients and prospective clients; participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firmQualificationsMinimum eight years of recent experience in employer benefit strategiesBachelor/'s degree from an accredited college/university; Licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM or completion of one of the advanced degrees or professional designations: MBA, ASOA, ENR ACT, FSA, CBP, CCP, CEBS, CPP or GPHR, in addition to others on KPMG/'s approved credential listing; if none of the approved designations/credentials are held at employment start, one year to obtain at least oneExperience leading multiple large client engagements and service teams, prioritizing multiple projects and assignmentsDeep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, industries, carriers and more; consulting firm experience, mental health parity, global benefits, human resources credentials and benefits administration technology are a plusStrong analytical, consultative, and project management skills; ability to review quantitative work and develop junior staff; excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to articulate complex informationAble to work at client sites and travel up to 15%KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
