GM is where passion meets excellence.GM is seeking an accomplished Senior Litigation Counsel with a minimum of 8 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a seasoned attorney with a proven track record in complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a high-achievement culture, values collaboration, and is committed to both team and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Complex Litigation: Strategically manage and lead high-stakes commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters in Colorado state courts.Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues.Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work.Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process.Efficient Caseload Management: Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes.Business Development: Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s litigation practice and enhance client relationships.Qualifications8-12 years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial, and real estate.Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution.Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Colorado.Ideal applicant will be licensed in California in addition to Colorado.Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams.Strong leadership and client management skills, with a focus on providing innovative, solution-oriented legal strategiesTo work with GM you should appreciateA team culture of high achievement while enjoying the work and the people you work withA client-first mindset and willingness to put in extra effort as client priorities dictateFlexibility in how we operate, intended to accommodate a growing and dynamic law firm environmentBenefits and CompensationCompensation: Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a range from $170k - $190K.Performance Bonuses: Significant bonus potential tied to both billable hours and contributions to business development ($35,000+ potential).Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability (with partial firm-paid premiums).Additional Benefits: 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, and firm-covered Colorado Bar dues and CLEs.Professional Growth: Opportunities for advancement in a growing firm.GM is conveniently located near Lincoln and I-25 in the Meridian Business Park.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustriesLaw Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
