This is an excellent opportunity for a talented attorney to play a key role in protecting and expanding a high-profile brand’s intellectual property portfolio.ResponsibilitiesManage global trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, and portfolio strategy to ensure robust brand protection.Draft, review, and negotiate licensing, collaboration, and distribution agreements.Provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice to design, marketing, and commercial teams.Oversee outside counsel in connection with trademark disputes, oppositions, and enforcement actions.Monitor IP trends, counterfeiting risks, and regulatory developments impacting the fashion industry.Support broader commercial initiatives and corporate projects as needed.Candidate ProfileJ.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in New York.4–8 years of relevant trademark and licensing experience (law firm and/or in-house fashion/retail background preferred).Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical mercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.Excellent communication skills and proven ability to partner cross-functionally.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.This role offers the chance to join a dynamic fashion brand and contribute directly to the protection and growth of its global identity.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionLegalIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
