Overview Join to apply for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney (In-House Counsel, Public Company) role at Latitude Legal. This is an on-site position in Miami with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities Handle a wide range of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and developments. Review, negotiate, and prepare sophisticated transactional agreements, including joint venture, partnership, and infrastructure agreements. Anticipate and identify legal risks, and develop strategies, policies, and processes to ensure company and legal compliance. Stay up to date on developments in the law to inform continuous improvement of the company’s legal posture. Work closely with and support the business team as needed. Qualifications 4+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience, preferably with a large real estate company or a mid- to large-size law firm. Additional experience with corporate transactional matters is preferred. Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing in Florida and/or able to become Authorized House Counsel in Florida. Position Details Type: Permanent Schedule: Full-Time Location: On-site in Miami with some work-from-home flexibility Compensation Salary range: $150,000 to $170,000. Eligible for a bonus. Pay is based on factors including experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
