REQUIREMENTS Undergraduate or graduate degree in chemical engineering or chemistry Registration with the USPTO Minimum 2+ years of experience with patent prosecution, drafting patent applications, and due diligence. Direct and applicable experience in a large or mid-sized law firm. Position Details Chemistry Patent Agent Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote (as appropriate) Some travel required Locations: Boston, MA; San Diego, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; or Philadelphia, PA Office Expected hiring range: $120,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on geographic market location. Compensation depends on experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
