Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$140.00/yr - $150.00/yrLocation (city, state): Ashburn, VA (Hybrid)Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Job Description:Lead payroll operations and HR helpdesk for US and CanadaEnsure accurate, timely payroll for 9,000 employeesMaintain compliance with tax, wage/hour laws, and union agreementsDrive automation, system optimization, and cross-department alignmentOversee GL reconciliation, audits, and executive reportingKey Responsibilities:Payroll systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle)Payroll GL integration and reconciliationNon-Negotiables:Experience with high-volume, multi-state/hourly payrollCompliance and tax knowledgePrior management of a teamOnsite 2 days/week (subject to change)Nice-to-Haves:CPP certificationAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
