The Associate Attorney is responsible for managing a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from beginning to end, which involves speaking with clients to ascertain their needs and update them on their case, choosing the most appropriate course of action, drafting demands, negotiating with insurance adjusters, writing complaints, managing discovery, and monitoring the disbursement of settlements, among others.At Sweeney Merrigan, one of Boston’s leading personal injury law firms, we pride ourselves on giving our clients only the highest quality of service, care, and professionalism as we fight to get them the compensation they deserve.
