The ideal candidate will excel at prioritizing tasks and maintaining flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.ResponsibilitiesSchedule candidate interviews, both virtual and onsite.Manage and prioritize tasks within a dynamic calendar.Maintain flexibility to quickly pivot and reorganize as business needs require.Support the full-cycle recruiting team in delivering high-touch candidate experiences.Essential SkillsExperience with talent acquisition.Strong administrative support capabilities.Proficiency in scheduling meetings and interviews.Experience with Greenhouse or Lever, or similar ATS systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsOrganizational skills.Familiarity with onboarding processes.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
