If you have a proven track record of success in high-volume litigation and a commitment to exceptional client service, we want to hear from you.What You'll Bring5+ years of high-volume plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on trial -depth knowledge of Texas Civil Procedure and all facets of personal injury litigation.Demonstrated proficiency in:Drafting and responding to discoveryTaking and defending depositionsMotions practiceNegotiating cases with insurance companies and defense counselAttending court hearings, mediations, and trialsExceptional legal writing and research skills.Strong case management and leadership abilities, with a keen eye for detail.A profound commitment to client service.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enabling us to serve a broader client base.What You'll DoAs a key member of our team, you will manage a demanding caseload, supported by a dedicated team of paralegals and support clerks. You'll be responsible for guiding cases from inception through resolution, including extensive courtroom appearances and trial work.
