Objective: Promote the value and impact of a groundbreaking maternal health platform across Las Vegas and the surrounding area.About Us: Delfina provides a leading pregnancy care data platform to improve maternal and child health outcomes.About You: Our Provider Partnerships Consultant will join our Growth team to visit with physicians, nurses, and practice managers at potential clinical partner locations. Our ideal Provider Partnerships Manager is an extrovert with a passion (or curiosity) for sales, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Prospecting of potential clinical partner locations focused on one of the specified plete in-person visits to potential sites to communicate the value of Delfina Care to generate excitement among clinical support plete virtual or in-person follow-ups with potential clinical partner locations and answer questions about the Delfina Care platform.Manage ongoing relationships with existing and new clinic partner locations, sourcing feedback for continuous improvement.Oversee the launch of partner sites, including onboarding, education, and training at the practice site.Assist the Delfina Growth team with contracting for new partner sites.Qualifications:2+ years of nursing experience.Valid state driver's license.Proof of current automobile insurance.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to dependent and creative mindset to sales -person visits to area locations are required in at least one of the following three geographies, fully remote for administrative tasks: Las Vegas, mitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 3 pensation: $30 - $45 USD per hour. This role will also include potential for incentive pay.
