Visit us here to find out more about A&M’s Financial Services Industry group.How You Will ContributeWe are seeking MBA candidates graduating between December 2025 – June 2026 with prior experience in financial services or consulting to join our growing Financial Services practice in New York or Boston. This is an in-office, hybrid role.The workSupport client workstreams on strategic, operational, and transformational projects.Structure and execute market, financial, and operational analysis to develop insights and recommendations.Contribute to the design of business models, growth strategies, and performance improvement initiatives.Prepare high-quality deliverables that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior clients.Engage directly with clients through meetings, workshops, and presentations.Stay current on trends shaping financial services, including fintech, AI, and digital transformation.Support practice development through thought leadership, business development, and knowledge sharing.Learn and grow through mentorship, on-the-job training, and stretch assignments across engagements.QualificationsMBA (graduating Dec 2025 – June 2026). Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership.Minimum 3+ years of pre-MBA experience in consulting or financial services, with exposure to one or more of the following:Growth strategy or business model designOperational improvement and cost analysisM&A support or market researchData and technology-enabled transformationDigital, AI, or fintech disruptionStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, including financial modeling experience.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing settings.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus.Bachelor’s degree required.Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States. Click here for more information regarding A&M’s benefits programsThe salary range for Consultants is $90,000 - $130,000 and Managers is $135,000 - $190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
