In this role, if necessary, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, depositions, interviews, trials, and litigation, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with the managing attorney, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. Candidates with previous experience with federal government contracts and corporate litigation will receive more consideration. Must have experience with Arbitration, discovery, litigation and trials in both state and federal court. Must have a valid license in the state of Texas.
