Proven expertise in leveraging technology, including automation and AI, into business operations.Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in emerging AI trends (e.g., agentic automation), digital tools, data analytics, and modern IT systems, with experience developing KPIs, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI metrics for technology initiatives.Project & Change Management: A track record of managing complex projects from inception to delivery.
