Associate Attorney- Remote

Overview We have partnered with a top-ranking boutique firm in the Los Angeles area that has experienced consistent growth every few years. This firm has excellent tenure, with most attorneys and staff staying with the firm for 10+ years. If you have complex business litigation experience and are interested in joining a firm of attorneys who stepped away from the Big Law daily grind, this may be an opportunity for you. The billable hours are 1800; the firm goes to trial about once per year and has multiple arbitrations per year. This team defends consumer claims, including individual claims in State and Federal Court, and class action defense. They work with premier in-house legal departments. You will have the chance to have significant client contact, grow your practice with an individualized partnership track (if you are interested). The team has 7 attorneys and a paralegal, all accustomed to working remotely. Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Responsibilities The role involves defending consumer claims, including individual claims in State and Federal Court, and class actions, in coordination with premier in-house legal departments. You will have significant client contact and opportunities for an individualized partnership track (if interested). The team currently comprises 7 attorneys and a paralegal and operates with remote flexibility.
