We are seeking a seasoned Associate Attorney to join our team and immediately contribute to our mission guiding clients through complex family law proceedings with skill, compassion, and unwavering advocacy.At our firm, clients don’t just survive the family law process—they emerge stronger, supported by a dedicated team that champions their cause.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate Across Experience Levels: Work seamlessly with a diverse legal team—from seasoned litigators to early-career professionals—while participating in cross-training initiatives to ensure continuity of client service.Own Your Caseload: Manage cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and zealously advocating in court.Strategically Manage Client Relationships: Communicate consistently and clearly with clients, managing expectations and building trust, while also supporting the firm’s reputation through prospective client engagement.Evaluate Complex Legal Matters: Analyze legal issues with precision, review and interpret key documents, and craft tailored strategies for each case.Resolve Matters in the Client’s Best Interest: Apply sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving to achieve outcomes aligned with client goals while upholding the highest ethical standards.Lead & Mentor Legal Support Staff: Provide guidance to paralegals and assistants, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional development within the mit to In-Office Engagement: Operate primarily on-site at our Miramar office to foster collaboration, collegiality, and a client-focused culture during the probationary period. Hybrid flexibility is available.QualificationsSelf-Starter Mentality: Takes ownership of cases, works independently, and approaches challenges with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.Open-Minded Legal Approach: Flexible and adaptable in case management, leveraging innovative legal strategies to secure favorable outcomes.Proven Trial Experience: Confident courtroom presence with demonstrable success in evidentiary hearings and full trials.
