This executive-level role is responsible for expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and securing high-value construction opportunities. The candidate can be based out of either Dallas or Austin, working in a hybrid capacity.The VP of BD will serve as a key face of the company—attending networking events, cultivating relationships with developers, brokers, and architects, and identifying pipeline opportunities across sectors like office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use.
