Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central )Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid work environment)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary Range: $80,000 $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Job Summary:A Japanese IT Consulting company seeking a skilled ERP Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to support the successful implementation, customization, and ongoing maintenance of the ERP system. This is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and remote work, with a preference for candidates based in the Los Angeles, CA area.Key Responsibilities:Lead and/or support ERP implementation projects across various departmentsGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure ERP modules based on business needsProvide training and support to end usersTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teamsDocument business processes, workflows, and system configurationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutionsContinuously identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in ERP system implementation and supportExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central stronglyBusiness process knowledge in areas such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBusiness-level proficiency in JapaneseMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Must be available for hybrid work; preference given to candidates in the Los Angeles, CA areaQualifications:Previous experience in a bilingual (Japanese-English) work environmentExperience working with global teams or in cross-border implementationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.)Compensation: $80,000.00~90,000.00/year, depending on your experience and qualifications. +Benefit package, including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and PTO #J-18808-Ljbffr
