The group is seeking candidates with two to five years of experience in technology transactions, with an emphasis on high technology commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing. Substantive experience with drafting and negotiating complex licensing arrangements preferred, including agreements involving artificial intelligence counseling and deployments, software and content licensing, partnering and distribution, application hosting, cloud hosting services, intellectual property development and technology transfer relationships. This job does not involve intellectual property litigation or the prosecution/registration of any intellectual property, but may include advising on transactional privacy, compliance and regulatory matters (including as pertains to the emerging regulatory environment for artificial intelligence systems), as well as open source software counseling. Essential to this position are good analytical skills; creative problem-solving abilities in a transactional context; and thoughtful drafting of customized agreements to meet specific client needs. Candidate should have a desire to stay abreast of related legal developments and an ability to actively contribute to the practice group training environment. EOE.The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000-$365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.We offer a full range of elective benefits including medical, health savings account (with applicable medical plan), dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, long-term care coverage, backup care for children and/or adults and other parental support benefits.
