Job SummaryWe are seeking a Federal Criminal Defense Attorney to join our law firm in an Of Counsel Position. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with the managing attorney, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. Candidates with previous experience as a federal criminal prosecutor, DOJ, OIG, SEC, or ASUA will receive more consideration. Must have experience with federal False Claims Act cases, qui tam cases, procurement, and/or white-collar crime cases. If you have a passion for law, we want to hear from you.
