Job Opportunity: Midlevel Associate - Corporate - Capital Markets and Public CompaniesWe are seeking to hire a highly-qualified midlevel associate with three to five years of large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our Princeton office.The successful candidate must have experience advising publicly traded companies on federal securities laws, securities offerings, stock exchange listings, compliance, and corporate governance. Experience with venture finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions is also desirable.
