Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor (Top Secret Clearance Required)CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a dedicated Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join a fast-paced team supporting legal accounts. The role involves providing expertise in electronic discovery (eDiscovery) processes, supporting civil and criminal litigation, FOIA requests, Congressional inquiries, and more.The ideal candidate will have experience with eDiscovery software such as Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas eDiscovery Platform, and will work closely with litigation teams to develop discovery plans, collect and analyze electronic data, and ensure quality in electronic discovery productions.Responsibilities include:Identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI in support of various legal inquiriesServing as the technical expert for eDiscovery applicationsDeveloping discovery plans and executing data collection from FBI systemsAnalyzing search results and managing data in review platformsCoordinating with FBI units and providing training and technical assistanceDocumenting discovery procedures and supporting legal holdsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experienceAt least 3 years in major litigation support projects2 years of experience with Relativity beyond document review codingExcellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environmentsU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearanceBachelor’s degree or equivalent, JD preferredCompensation:Base pay range: $176,400 - $254,800 per year.
