What You'll Do Support the launch and operational setup of new Aidaly markets Assist with caregiver onboarding workflows, compliance documentation, and credentialing Coordinate local community partnerships and event activations Solve problems and remove blockers for fast-paced launches Travel 1-2x a month with the CEO or VP to support local teams You/'ll do a little of everything — a great place to learn the whole business! Requirements 2-4 years experience in operations, project management, or startup roles Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment Passionate about empowering caregivers and families Flexible – Part-time to Full-time position.
