OverviewThis Denver-based, midsize law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate.ResponsibilitiesExecute litigation projects professionally and on schedule.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team dependently manage caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.Deliver structured, factually accurate legal analysis and advice throughout the litigation process.Problem-solve for both clients and internal teams.Qualifications and RequirementsJD and Colorado Bar Licensed.2+ year(s) of commercial litigation experience.Strong interpersonal skills and a collegial, team-oriented mindset.Open to relocation candidates.The Firm is OfferingCompetitive base salary of $130K to $160K.Bonus eligibility starting at 1800 billable hours and ranging from $12K to $35K.Benefits package made up of: Medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, 401(k) plan, HSA, Bar dues, CLEs and unlimited discretionary PTO.Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.About the FirmThis Denver-based firm fosters a high-achievement team culture with a client-first mindset and values flexibility to support a dynamic and growing legal environment.
