Trial Attorney

Must be licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia. Do you have a successful track record representing clients and are interested in mentoring the next generation of legal professionals? Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a large caseload and familiar with all aspects of the trial process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, notices, and working toward a resolution. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings • Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses Qualifications: • Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision • Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree) • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly• #J-18808-Ljbffr
