The role focuses on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building, and monitoring recruitment processes and systems. The individual is highly organized, proactive, professional handling confidential information, and maintains a positive, can‑do attitude.Located at our Naperville, IL office, the environment is a key driver of our culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally Tue–Thu in office and Mon & Fri remote) is required.ResponsibilitiesPerform full-cycle recruiting to support inside sales, field technician roles, and other areas as needed.Develop a deep understanding of strategy, objectives, processes, culture, and skill needs of hiring teams.Identify candidates through creative sourcing techniques, screening, and prequalification for hiring manager consideration.Provide recruitment counsel to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against job descriptions or scope of work requirements.Promote the company’s recruitment brand through participation in job fairs, conferences, and networking events.Manage candidate communication and educate candidates about OHS’s culture, benefits, and expectations.Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on status for all positions, including outreach and response as needed.Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, associations, and other organizations to find talent.Proactively source and maintain a pipeline of diverse and high-priority candidates for current and future needs.Qualifications4+ years of experience managing all phases of recruitment, particularly in high-volume customer service or sales environments.Strong sourcing capability and ability to partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and organizational skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills.Experience with online networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and recruitment databases; ability to identify and access professional networks.Proven ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and exercise sound judgment.Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.Education and skillsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience (required or preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems or CRM pensation and benefitsWe offer a compelling total rewards package including a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range for this position is $84,490 – $111,000 USD annually, with potential for an annual bonus or incentive based on performance. Exact compensation depends on qualifications and location.
