Litigation Associate – Abuse Practice

SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a national boutique firm with its search for anexperienced plaintiffs' litigation attorney to support its dedicated Sexual Abuse Victim Representation team in the Minnesota office.An ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in plaintiffs' litigation, managing cases from intake through settlement or jury trial. Must have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints and discovery requests, managing discovery, and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Ideally, candidates would come from personal injury, plaintiffs' employment, or sexual abuse victim practices, with experience chairing jury trials.Thefirm is looking for an associate they can invest in long term. The role is hybrid, with 3-4 days per week in office.
