Field Leads (Foremen) at Lithko are responsible for planning and executing their phase of work while working closely with the Project Lead to create an overall project plan.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities to ensure successful execution.Prepare the team for success using well-defined planning processes.Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.Track and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of the municate project status to relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements And QualificationsProficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational and communication skills.5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.Self-perform experience in concrete is required.Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial -depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.Proven leadership ability to guide teams and drive results for overall project success.Lithko is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
